White Americana reclaimed wood brightens the guest room in a Kentucky farmhouse. This vibrant room designed by Lauren Jansen, a "fearless DIY-er", of farmhouseishblog.com started off as a full feature wall project but once she and her husband had the wood in their hands they knew they wanted to do something more fun and extraordinary. They considered extending the wood wall by adding the leftover planks to the ceiling. In the end, they built a sliding reclaimed wood barn door as the perfect compliment to the half wall paneling.
