Q: What is the South Pacific Collection?

The South Pacific Collection are Wood Wall Designs that enhance the space using accent wood panels. These products are teak and recycled wood from the South Pacific region of the world. Each panel is handmade and approximately 1 SQ FT.

Q: What is the Americana Collection?

The Americana Collection are Wood Wall Designs that enhance the space using accent wood panels. These products are authentic reclaimed wood from fences along the western coast of the United States along with authentic barn wood from real barns in the southern region of the United States. Each board is precision milled to 5″ wide. This ensures that there will be no open gaps when installing the wood.

Q: What is the 3D Slats Collection?

The 3D Slats collection are Wood Wall Designs that enhance the space using accent wood panels. These products are real wood with a melamine backer. The 3D Slats Collection is the most customized out of all of the products. We can manufacture these panels with any species of wood, any backer, any color, and any size with ease. We also stock roughly 2′ x 8′ acoustical panels and have 4′ x 10′ panels stocked in our warehouse for custom orders. Feel free to contact us with your ideas!

Q: What is the Harbor Collection?

The Harbor Collection are Wood Wall Designs that enhance the space using accent wood panels. These products are recycled boat wood from South Asia. Each panel is handmade and approximately 1-2 SQ FT.

Q: What is Click&Stick?

Click&Stick is our patent pending installation method where we make installing wood walls fun and easy. Please visit our How to Install page for more information!

Q: What tools do I need to install?

There are many different ways to install Woodstock Walls. The tools vary with each method of installation. The general tools that will be needed with any method are as follows:

  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Pencil
  • Saw

If you use Click&Stick, everything is available on out INSTALL TOOLS page.

If you are going to use micro-nails, you would then need a nail gun with micro nails.

Q: How is it installed?

Woodstock Walls is the perfect DIY project. There are many ways to install Woodstock Walls! One way is Click&Stick. Click HERE to learn more. Another method is to use micro-nails to nail it to the wall. Our product is 100 percent real sustainably harvested wood, so we recommend you acclimate the wood to your home’s environment by removing the planks from the box and allowing them to sit inside your home for at least 72 hours.

Q: Can you remove the wood after it’s installed?

It all depends on how it was installed. Click&Stick is a permanent installation method. If you installed the wood on drywall with Click&Stick, removing the wood may also pull the drywall away from the wall, leaving damaged drywall.

Q: How much wood do I need for my project?

Use our easy calculator on our product pages. Another option is to calculate the square footage by using a tape measure and follow these steps. Measure the length and width of your space in inches. Multiply the length by width and divide that number by 144 to get the total square feet of your project. We recommend you add 10 percent more to make sure you have enough to finish the project. Our minimum order is 1 box.

Q: Is it real wood?

Yes! All Woodstock Walls products are made from 100 percent wood!

Q: Where can I use the Woodstock Walls products?

Woodstock Walls is perfect for most indoor surfaces. You can create unique accent walls or event islands on any smooth, flat dry surface. With Click&Stick, you can adhere the wood to almost any surface! Even a brick wall! Feel free to contact us at info@woodstockwalls.com.

Q: How long will my order take?

Woodstock Walls orders ship no less than 10 business days from your order date for MOST items. All orders come with a tracking number. Product samples take 7 to 10 business days to reach you. Production lead times sometimes vary, please call us for our current lead times.

Q: Are Woodstock Walls available in stores?

Our products are available online, Woodstock Architectural Products, or various other locations around the West Coast.

Q: How do I clean Woodstock Walls?

Maintenance and cleaning are simple and easy. Just vacuum with a brush attachment.

Yes, you can order samples on our SAMPLES page

Q: Does it come in different widths?

Widths vary all depending on the Collection. The South Pacific Collection products, Harbor Collection, and Americana Collection products all have standard sizes so each product will have its own consistent width for ease of installation. The 3D Slats Collection is custom contingent upon the order. Our standard panels are 8-7/8″ wide. The 3D Acoustical slats are typically roughly 2′ x 8′ and custom 4′ x 10′. We do provide custom orders so please reach out to us if you need different sizes/profiles!

Q: Do the lengths vary in size or do I have to cut them myself?

Lengths vary all depending on the Collection. The South Pacific Collection and the Harbor Collection both have standard sizes so each product will have its own consistent length. The Americana Collection all comes in varying pre-cut lengths ranging from 1 foot up to 4 feet. The 3D Slats Collection is custom contingent upon the order (our standard solid 3D Slat panels are 8′ or 10′ lengths) The 3D Acoustical Slats are stocked in roughly 2′ x 8′ panels or custom orders for 4′ x 10′ panels. We do provide custom orders so please reach out to us if you need different sizes/profiles!

Q: Do I need to paint the wall before applying?

Make sure the surface is clean before applying. Anything that is protruding from the wall that will get in the way of the wood and needs to be removed. Click&Stick can be applied to almost any flat surface. If the surface is recently painted, we suggest you wait 3 weeks for the paint to cure before installing.

Q: What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will work to resolve any issues in a timely manner. All product returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee and must be returned in the original boxes within 30 days. To request a return, please email info@woodstockwalls.com and include the reason for the return, quantity, and your invoice number to ensure proper credit (please include photos, if applicable). Shipping charges to return products are the responsibility of the customer. Only authorized returns are accepted. All returned products should be sent via UPS.

Q: What about shipping costs?

All shipping costs are included in the price. There are NO added freight charges for shipping within the continental United States of America (with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii). Most orders are shipped via UPS ground service.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

No, you can order as little as 1 box or 1 tube of adhesive. Shipping is always free.
